Using Symfony’s robust component-based architecture, we built a modular platform that is entirely future-proof.
- Doctrine ORM Optimization: We mapped out a highly efficient database structure using Doctrine, ensuring complex relational queries (such as advanced product filtering) execute in milliseconds.
- Reusable Bundles: The core business logic—from cart handling to promotional rules—was written in clean, decoupled code, making future system upgrades and features easy to implement.
2. Advanced API & ERP Synchronization
Instead of relying on fragile third-party plugins, we engineered native API connectors within Symfony.
All automated data flows and real-time syncing architectures were built using Saikō’s specialized intelligent automation and API integration. Leveraging background workers and asynchronous message queues (via Symfony Messenger), the platform syncs inventory levels, order statuses, and customer data with the client’s internal ERP instantly, preventing frontend performance degradation during peak synchronization cycles.
3. Custom Front-end with UIkit
The entire front-end user experience was designed from scratch and built using the lightweight UIkit 3 framework. Because we controlled every single line of rendered HTML, we eliminated JavaScript bloat completely.
The result is a sleek, mobile-first design with frictionless navigation and a single-page custom checkout flow optimized for maximum conversion. This fast web framework provides an exceptional user experience across all viewports, setting up a unified design ecosystem that easily translates to standalone mobile and desktop apps if the client expands their mobile strategy.

We utilized Symfony’s native Security component to enforce robust authentication, CSRF protection, and SQL injection prevention.
